What to include in your enquiry
These four details let us give you a useful answer straight away — without having to chase you for more information.
Your nationality
Non-EU/EEA nationals apply through the consulate route. EU citizens living in Spain apply through UGE directly. Knowing your nationality lets us give you the right guidance.
Current country of residence
If you're applying from abroad, you'll go through a Spanish consulate. If you're already in Spain, you apply via UGE. This changes the timeline and documentation required.
Employed or self-employed?
The DNV is open to both remote employees and registered freelancers (autónomos). The required documents differ depending on your employment type, so this helps us tailor our advice.
Approximate monthly income
The 2026 income requirement is €2,849 per month (200% of Spain's SMI). Letting us know your earnings helps us confirm eligibility and flag anything worth discussing.

We translate & submit
We handle all certified translations and prepare your full application dossier. Once ready, we submit on your behalf — you pay Stage 2 at this point.
Visa approved
We receive your visa decision and notify you immediately. Final payment (Stage 3, €899) is only due on approval. Your case manager is available throughout — on the platform or via video call.
