Terms of Service
These terms of service ("Legal Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Retail Consulting UK Ltd, trading as My Spanish DNV ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Legal Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or our services. We recommend that you print a copy of these Legal Terms for your records.

Retail Consulting UK Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. My Spanish DNV is a specialist visa service brand providing Spain Digital Nomad Visa application and renewal services. Visa case work is carried out in collaboration with Platinum Legal Spain, our legal partner in Spain.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the Services.
2. Our Services
My Spanish DNV provides end-to-end preparation and submission services for Spain's Digital Nomad Visa (DNV), both for new applications and renewals. The information provided through our Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such use would be contrary to law or regulation.
Our services include:
- Eligibility assessment and advice
- Document review, preparation, and collection guidance
- Official sworn translation of required documents (up to the stated value per application type)
- Preparation and submission of the complete application
- Case management via our client dashboard
- Liaison with Spanish immigration authorities (UGE or consulate, as applicable)
- Support through to application decision
Our services do not include: government application fees (tasas), private health insurance, TIE appointment booking (post-approval), tax registration, Beckham Law registration, or translation costs above the stated included value. See our Pricing page for full details.
3. User Representations
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:
- All information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete
- You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary
- You have the legal capacity to agree to these Legal Terms
- You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside
- You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means
- You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
- Your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services and refuse any current or future use.
4. Purchases and Payment
Engagement begins when you open a case through our client dashboard and submit the first stage payment. Our fee structure is staged:
4.1 New application
- Stage 1 — €500: Paid to open your case and begin preparation
- Stage 2 — €500: Paid when your documents are ready for submission
- Stage 3 — €899: Paid only on approval of your application
4.2 Renewal
- Stage 1 — €400: Paid to open your renewal case
- Stage 2 — €599: Paid only on approval of your renewal
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information for all purchases. You further agree to promptly update payment information so that we can complete your transactions as needed. All payments are in Euros. We may change prices at any time. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store card details. Prices shown are per adult applicant. Family rates are available — see our Pricing page.
We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities or access per person or account.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. All payments made are subject to the terms set out therein.
6. Your Obligations
To allow us to provide our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information throughout your case
- Promptly supply documents and information when requested by your case manager
- Notify us immediately of any change in circumstances that may affect your eligibility
- Meet any applicable income requirements at the time of application
- Not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation or information
We accept no liability for delays, refusals, or adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
7. No Guarantee of Outcome
We are not able to guarantee the approval of any visa application. Immigration decisions are made by Spanish government authorities. We guarantee our professional effort and the quality of the work product — not the outcome of any application.
Approval depends on factors including — but not limited to — the completeness and accuracy of your documentation, your eligibility at the time of submission, and the discretion of the relevant immigration authority.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:
- Systematically retrieve data or content from the Services to create a collection, compilation, database, or directory without our written permission
- Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users, especially in any attempt to obtain sensitive account information
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services
- Use any information obtained from the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations
- Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious material
- Engage in any automated use of the system, including scripts, data mining, robots, or similar extraction tools
- Attempt to impersonate another user or person
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or networks connected to the Services
- Attempt to bypass any access restrictions applied to the Services
- Copy, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software comprising the Services, except as permitted by applicable law
- Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or for any revenue-generating endeavour not expressly endorsed by us
- Make any unauthorised use of the Services, including collecting email addresses of users for the purpose of sending unsolicited communications
- Submit false or fraudulent immigration documentation or information through the Services
9. Intellectual Property
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Services, including all source code, functionality, website design, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content"), as well as any trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein.
Our Content is protected by copyright and trade mark laws in the United Kingdom and internationally. The Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit, sell, or otherwise exploit the Content for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission.
Any breach of these intellectual property rights will constitute a material breach of these Legal Terms and your right to use the Services will terminate immediately.
10. Client Dashboard
Access to our client dashboard is provided to paying clients during their active case. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for all use of your account. You must not share access with any unauthorised person. We reserve the right to remove or reclaim any account username if we determine it is inappropriate or otherwise objectionable.
11. Services Management
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these Legal Terms or applicable law; (3) at our discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict, or disable access to any portion of the Services; (4) remove from the Services any files or content that are excessive in size or burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Services.
12. Third-Party Websites and Content
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or content. Such third-party websites are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any third-party websites accessed through our Services. Inclusion of, or linking to, any third-party website does not imply approval or endorsement. If you decide to leave the Services and access third-party websites, you do so at your own risk and these Legal Terms no longer govern.
Any purchases you make through third-party websites are exclusively between you and the applicable third party. We take no responsibility in relation to such purchases.
13. Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICES' CONTENT.
We will assume no liability or responsibility for any: (1) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (2) personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to or use of the Services; (3) unauthorised access to our secure servers and/or any personal or financial information stored therein; (4) interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services; or (5) bugs, viruses, or other harmful code which may be transmitted through the Services.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL RETAIL CONSULTING UK LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, our total liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the total amount paid by you to us for the relevant service. We are not liable for: delays caused by third parties including Spanish government authorities; losses arising from your failure to meet eligibility requirements; or losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you have provided.
Nothing in these Legal Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Retail Consulting UK Ltd, including our affiliates and all respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand — including reasonable legal fees — made by any third party arising out of or relating to: (1) your use of the Services; (2) breach of these Legal Terms; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties set out in these Legal Terms; (4) your violation of the rights of a third party; or (5) any harmful act toward any other user of the Services. We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defence of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us.
16. User Data
We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing your case and the performance of the Services. Although we perform routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Services. We shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.
17. Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Legal Terms. Please review the Privacy Policy before using the Services.
18. Term and Termination
These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to and use of the Services to any person for any reason, including for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Legal Terms or of any applicable law or regulation.
If we terminate or suspend your access for any reason, you are prohibited from creating a new account under your name or any other name. In addition to terminating or suspending access, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
19. Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
20. Governing Law
These Legal Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that we reserve the right to bring proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction.
21. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly at hola@myspanishvisa.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Most concerns can be addressed quickly and amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the courts of England and Wales as set out above.
22. Electronic Communications
Using our website, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
23. Miscellaneous
These Legal Terms and any policies posted by us on the Services constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Legal Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable and does not affect the validity of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Legal Terms.

We may update these Legal Terms from time to time. We will alert you to any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after the date of any revised Legal Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. For active cases, we will communicate material changes directly.
