Our services
Our Spain Digital Nomad Visa services — everything handled end to end
My Spanish DNV provides a complete, managed service for Spain's Digital Nomad Visa — from your first document review to approval notification and beyond. Handled in partnership with Platinum Legal Spain, a licensed Spanish immigration law firm.
What we offer
Four services — for every DNV situation
Whether you are applying for the first time, renewing an existing permit, adding family members, or recovering from a rejection, we have a service for your situation.
New DNV Application — UGE Route
The full end-to-end service for first-time Spain Digital Nomad Visa applicants using the UGE (Unidad de Grandes Empresas y Colectivos Estratégicos) route — the fastest and most efficient route for those who can be present in Spain. We handle everything from document review to UGE submission on your behalf.
- ✓ Full document review — every document checked for UGE compliance before we proceed
- ✓ Sworn translations coordination — arranged through our accredited translator network
- ✓ Apostille coordination — we manage apostille requirements for your documents
- ✓ EX-23 and all supporting forms prepared by your case manager
- ✓ UGE submission on your behalf via the authorised digital system
- ✓ Case monitoring — we track progress and respond to any UGE queries
- ✓ Government tasas (official fees) included for the UGE route
- ✓ 24/7 progress dashboard access
- ✓ Approval notification and post-approval TIE guidance
- – Not included: Beckham Law advice (separate tax service)
- – Not included: TIE appointment attendance (you attend, we guide you)
DNV Renewal
If your Spain Digital Nomad Visa is approaching its expiry date, you need to renew before it lapses. The renewal process mirrors the initial application — updated documents, a new income evidence period, and re-submission. Your original permit is valid for 3 years; renewal extends this by a further 2 years (total 5 years of continuous DNV residency). We manage the full renewal on your behalf.
- ✓ Full document review for renewal — updated income evidence, new criminal record certificate
- ✓ New sworn translations and apostilles as required
- ✓ Renewal submission on your behalf
- ✓ Case management throughout renewal period
Family Application
Spain's Digital Nomad Visa allows you to include your spouse or civil partner and dependent children. Each additional adult family member increases the income threshold by approximately €1,069/month (75% of the 2026 SMI). Family members each require their own documents, health insurance, and TIE appointments. We manage the complete family application — all members in one coordinated dossier.
- ✓ Income threshold calculation for your family size
- ✓ Document coordination for all family members
- ✓ Joint dossier preparation and submission
- ✓ Guidance on health insurance for each family member
Rejected Application Recovery
A rejection is not necessarily the end. Many DNV rejections are due to document deficiencies, incorrect form preparation, or incomplete evidence — not fundamental ineligibility. We assess the grounds stated in your negative resolution, advise on whether an appeal (recurso de alzada) or a fresh application is the better route, and prepare the strongest possible case for the next submission.
- ✓ Rejection grounds assessment
- ✓ Appeal or fresh application advice
- ✓ Recurso de alzada preparation (administrative appeal)
- ✓ Fresh application preparation with corrected dossier
