Who handles your application
The team behind your application
My Spanish DNV brings together English-speaking case management and qualified Spanish immigration legal expertise in a single, joined-up service. You have one point of contact, one dashboard, and one team working to get your application right first time.
How the team works
Three parts — one seamless process
Your application moves through three interconnected functions: UK-based case management, Spanish legal review and submission, and a real-time client dashboard that keeps you informed at every stage.
Your dedicated case manager
Your first point of contact — and your coordinator from start to finish. Your case manager handles:
- Initial consultation and eligibility assessment
- Document checklist and collection support
- Pre-submission document review
- All client communication in English
- Coordination between you and the legal team
Qualified Spanish immigration lawyers
All regulated immigration legal work is carried out by our qualified Spanish immigration lawyer partners. They handle:
- Legal review of your full application
- Formal submission to UGE or consulate
- Liaison with Spanish immigration authorities
- Administrative appeals if required
- Legal advice specific to your case
Secure client dashboard
Once your application is underway, you track everything through a secure online portal. The dashboard gives you:
- Real-time case status updates
- Secure document upload and storage
- Direct messaging with your case manager
- Timeline tracking from preparation to approval
Why it's structured this way
English-speaking support. Spanish-qualified legal expertise. One joined-up service.
Spain's immigration system is in Spanish. The requirements are specific, technical, and change regularly. My Spanish DNV gives you an English-speaking case manager who coordinates everything and a qualified Spanish immigration lawyer handling the legal work — so you are never lost in translation, and never without legal cover.
Legal services
All legal advice and regulated immigration work within the My Spanish DNV service is provided by qualified Spanish immigration lawyers. My Spanish DNV is a case management and coordination service — not a law firm — and does not provide legal advice independently of its qualified legal partners.
What we stand for
Our values
Three principles guide how we operate — and why our approval rate is what it is.
Transparency
Fixed pricing, no hidden fees, and a clear explanation of what our service includes and what it does not. We are upfront about the fact that we are a case management service working with legal partners — not a law firm ourselves. You always know who is doing what, and what you are paying for.
Accuracy
One wrong document — an out-of-date criminal record certificate, a health insurance policy with a co-payment clause, a bank statement that does not clearly show the €2,849/month minimum — can mean months of delay or an outright rejection. Our document review process is designed to catch every issue before submission, not after.
Speed
For eligible applicants, the UGE route delivers a 3-year Spanish residency permit in approximately 20 working days from submission. We prioritise the UGE route wherever possible, and we prepare your documents efficiently so that nothing on our side delays your submission. We cannot change government processing times — but we can make sure you never cause your own delay.
